Úterní večery osobního rozvoje

Srdečně Vás zveme k účasti na úterních večerech osobního rozvoje, které budou probíhat od úterý 18.9.2012 na dvou místech:

vždy 18 - 20h v prostorách Komunitního centra Prádelna na Praze 5, Holečkova 38 (www.veselysmichov.cz) se Simonou. Letáček ke ztažení zde.

vždy od 20h v prostorách Rodinného centra Zajíček v Zaječicích u Pyšel (http://www.rczajicek.cz/uterni-vecery-osobniho-rozvoje/) s Danielou. Letáček ke ztažení zde.

Jedná se o setkání, při kterých se pokusíme vytvořit společný důvěrný prostor ke sdílení, k osobnímu růstu inspirovanému naší vlastní potřebou i podněty ostatních. Budeme zde mluvit, mlčet, relaxovat, meditovat, proplouvat představami, zkoušet nejrůznější sebepoznávací techniky a hlavně se snažit odpojit se od toho "každodenního" a propojit se s často opomíjenýmprostorem uvnitř nás.

Jak nám to půjde a kám nás to dovede záleží na nás všech přítomných.
